Think of body oils as a lotion in oil form. Its primary purpose is to moisturize, soften, and nourish the skin, while fragrance adds an extra touch of sweetness. Apply to the skin as part of your daily moisturizing routine.

While the scent can remain noticeable on the skin for several hours, body oils and body butters are not perfumes and should not be expected to have the same strength, projection, or longevity. For a stronger scent experience, layer with a body mist or perfume.

Purchasing fragrance online is considered a blind buy, since you are unable to smell the scent beforehand.

We provide detailed scent descriptions and fragrance notes to help you choose the best option for you. Because fragrance preference is personal, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based solely on not liking a scent.

Due to the natural oils and fragrance components used in our body oils, crystallization, cloudiness, thickening, or small floating particles may occur, especially when the product is exposed to temperature changes during transit. This is more common during the colder months or periods of fluctuating temperatures.

This is completely normal and does not mean your body oil is spoiled or defective. To help return to its normal consistency place the tightly closed bottle in a cup of warm water (NOT BOILING HOT WATER) for a few minutes, then gently shake before use. Always store your body oil at room temperature and away from extreme heat or cold.

Our products are formulated using skin safe ingredients and fragrance oils within recommended usage guidelines. However, individual skin sensitives can vary, and our products are highly fragrant.

If you have sensitive skin, eczema, psoriasis, known allergies, or history of skin reactions, we strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of the skin before full body application. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Please avoid applying our products to broken and irritated skin.

If you are pregnant, nursing, under the care of a physician, or have diagnosed skin condition, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using highly fragranced body care products.

Sometimes your fragrance may smell a little different, softer, or less noticeable immediately after delivery. This is often when referred to as "MAIL SHOCK'' and can happen when your products experience temperature changes, pressure changes, and movements while traveling to you. This may be especially noticeable with sweet gourmand notes such as vanilla, marshmallow, sugar, and musk.

If this happens, don't worry! We recommend allowing your product to rest in a cool, dark place for a few days after delivery. Giving the fragrance time to settle can help the scent return to its intended profile and may allow the fragrance notes to become smoother and more noticeable.

Please allow 3-5 business days after placing your order to receive tracking information. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

For example, if you place your order on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday do noy count. Monday is business day 1, Tuesday is business day 2, and Wednesday is business day 3. This means you can expect your tracking between Wednesday and Friday, which is the 3-5 business day window.

Once your order has shipped, delivery time is determined by USPS and is separate from our processing time.

At the moment, Soft Grl Bodycare does not offer PR packages. While we've offered them in the past, we've decided to take a different approach moving forward.
